In order to produce the very best quality embroidery we feel it is best to speak to you direct to understand exactly what your requirements are. So, in the first instance please e-mail your contact details to info@bsbuk.com together with your design in either pdf, jpeg, gif or eps formats  ( the higher the resolution the better).

We will call you back to walk you through the process.

We provide free visuals of your embroidery - for your approval

Once you have approved your embroidery visual sample and costing we will then begin to process your order which should take no longer than 10 working days to complete.

Origination/Digitisation

From your artwork we have to manually redraw your logo to produce a format that our embroidery equipment can read. This process is know as digitization.

Origination/Digitisation of your design is £30.00 plus VAT.
As this file will be saved for future use you only pay this fee once.

Minimum order

The minimum order quantity for first time users is 12 items with no minimums on your future orders providing there are no changes to your artwork.

As you can appreciate it is costly to set up our equipment for short runs and so future orders under 12 items will attract a small order charge of £10 plus vat.
