GENERAL
BSB Wholesale Workwear is a trading name of Thumbprint Embroidery Ltd.
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed with BSB Wholesale Workwear through whatever means.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights but by using this site you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. All contracts shall be governed by English Law and disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
These terms may be amended at any time without notice.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order on the grounds that; we are unable to source the necessary products, we have identified a pricing or product error or we did not receive the proper authorisation for payment from you, the customer.
Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so up to the point of dispatch except where garments have been subject to personalisation through embroidery, lettering or screen printing or are bespoke through either size, colour or styling.
PAYMENT TERMS
Unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed with BSB Wholesale Workwear payment will be due with your order.
TITLE OF GOODS
Legal title of goods passes to the purchaser only when Thumbprint Embroidery Ltd have received payment in full although the risk will pass to the purchaser at the time of delivery
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with each purchase made from BB Wholesale Workwear as it is always our aim to provide excellent quality, value and service.
An invoice will be dispatched to you together with your credit card receipt for all purchases made. This is your proof of payment. If you should wish to return an item for exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of item.
Your returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of your paid invoice and in the original packaging. Any return must be in a fully resaleable condiction, unworn, soiled or damaged in any way that could jepordise it's resale value.
Customers should arrange their own return postage.
After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price excluding original cost of delivery, and if applicable, the cost of return service. If you are in doubt, please contact us.
DELIVERY
BSB Wholesale Workwear uses third party couriers. Whilst every effort is made to adhere to quoted delivery dates and times they are intended as a guide only and we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever this may have arisen.
BSB Wholesale Workwear cannot accept liability for any damage or consequential loss as a result of goods arriving beyond a stated date or time.
All delivery charges and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
In the case where shortages or damaged goods are reported by the purchaser it is imperative that the purchaser, on delivery with the Courier, signs off the order as damaged or incomplete. Failure this respect will mean that the delivery was made in a complete and satisfactory condition by BSB Wholesale Workwear.
We will advise you of your dispatch date. Non deliveries must be reported to BSB Wholesale Workwear by telephone or e-mail no later than 2 working days from the dispatch date.
Deliveries must be made available for signature and receipt. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that delivery is signed for.
Return goods by the Courier to ourselves that where not available for signature may incur a further delivery charge.
LIABILITY
Any risks associated with the goods pass to the purchaser at the time of delivery. We will not be liable for events outside our reasonable control.
PRODUCTS
Every effort has been made to offer accurate information on the products we offer through this web site at the time of publication. BSB Wholesale Workwear reserves the right to any change information relating to our products at any time. We also reserve the right to offer suitable alternative products, with your consent, from those displayed currently on this site as our aim is always to offer the best products for our customers.
Should this occur BSB Wholesale Workwear will ensure that the same high standards are upheld in terms of quality, value and fit for purpose.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods from BSB Wholesale Workwear we will of course be only too happy to replace it with an identical item. All we ask is that you let us know within 2 days of receipt.
Beyond this time line we cannot accept returns.
Any returns must be returned at your expense in their original condition.
