Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed with Bluestone Branding through whatever means.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights but by using this site you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. All contracts shall be governed by English Law and disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

These terms may be amended at any time without notice.


ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER


We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order on the grounds that; we are unable to source the necessary products, we have identified a pricing or product error or we do not recieve the proper authorisation for payment from you, the customer.

Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so up to the point of dispatch except where garments have been subject to personalisation through embroidery, lettering or screen printing or are bespoke through either size, colour or styling.


PAYMENT TERMS

Unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed with Bluestone Branding payment will be due with your order.

MINIMUM ORDERS

We have a minimum order of 12 garments for embroidered items. Prices do not include carriage which can vary according to volume, weight and destination but are, in general around £8.50 + VAT for orders up to £200 and free thereafter.

TITLE OF GOODS

Legal title of goods passes to the purchaser only when Bluestone Branding have received payment in full although the risk will pass to the purchaser at the time of delivery

DELIVERY

Blusestone Branding use third party couriers. Whilst every effort is made to adhere to quoted delivery dates they are intended as a guide only and we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever this may have arisen. Bluestone Branding cannot accept liability for any damage or consequential loss as a result of goods arriving beyond a stated date.All delivery charges and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

In the case where shortages or damaged goods are reported by the purchaser it is imperative that the purchaser, on delivery, signs off the order as damaged or incomplete. Failure this respect will mean that the delivery was made in a complete and satisfactory condition.

Non deliveries must be reported to Bluestone Branding by e-mail no later than 15 working days from the placement of the order.

LIABILITY

Any risks associated with the goods pass to the purchaser at the time of delivery. We will not be liable for events outside our reasonable control.

PRODUCTS

Every effort has been made to offer accurate information on the products we offer through this web site at the time of publication. Bluestone reserves the right to any change information relating to our products at any time. We also reserve the right to offer suitable alternative products from those displayed currently on this site as our aim is always to offer the best products for our customers. Should this occur Bluestone Branding will ensure that the same high standards are upheld in terms of quality, value and fit for purpose.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods from Bluestone Branding we will of course be only too happy to replace it with an identical item. All we ask is that you let us know within 7 days of receipt. Beyond this time line we cannot accept returns. Any returns must be returned at your expense in their original condition.
